A classic Austrian Cheese Strudel is filled with fresh and creamy quark (farmer's) cheese, sweetened and flavored with vanilla and lemon zest, and often served with a warm vanilla sauce.  We sprinkle the filling with sweet-sour cherries to add to the aroma.  Serve it warm with Vanilla ice cream!
