The famous Linzer Cake (Linzertorte), a tart that dates back to a 17th century recipe from a Benedictine monastery in Austria, is a spiced nut pastry, filled with jam and topped with a crisscross lattice of pastry.

Our Linzer Cake is made of an almond butter dough and spiced with cinnamon, lemon and orange flavors. Developed from a family recipe, we use lingonberry or raspberry jam for our filling.

Ingredients: Flour, almonds, unsalted butter, egg yolks, sugar, cinnamon and lemon flavor. With lingonberry or raspberry jam.
