Linzer Cake
Description
The famous Linzer Cake (Linzertorte) dates back to the 17th century and is a recipe found in a Benedictine monastery in Austria. It is a spiced nut tart, filled with jam and topped with a crisscross lattice of pastry. Made of almond butter dough and spiced with cinnamon, lemon, and orange zest this Linzer Cake is developed from a family recipe. We use raspberry jam for our filling. Comes in two sizes, large and small.
