The famous Linzer Cake (Linzertorte) dates back to the 17th-century and a recipe found in a Benedictine monastery in Austria. It is a spiced nut tart, filled with jam and topped with a crisscross lattice of pastry.

Made of an almond butter dough and spiced with cinnamon, lemon and orange zest this Linzer Cake is developed from a family recipe. We use raspberry jam for our filling. 

Ingredients: Flour, almonds, unsalted butter, egg yolks, sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest. Raspberry jam (red raspberry, sugar, pectin).

Size: 8-inches. 2 lb

No artificial colors or flavors, no preservatives, no GMO-ingredients.

This product contains tree nuts (almonds), dairy, and flour. Avoid if allergic. Best kept fresh when refrigerated.
