We are starting our baking classes again! 

Strudel Class
Learn how to make authentic Viennese strudel dough and fill it with sliced and sweetened apples. If you like a savory version, make a Hungarian Cabbage strudel with cooked and spiced cabbage.

Easter Bread
From my Easter table to yours. Let me show you how to make traditional Easter bread, braided and shaped into a loaf, wreath, or Easter bunny. For the Italian in you, decorate it with colored Easter eggs.

Dates are:
Sunday, April 6 at 3 pm
Saturday, 12 at 3 pm

We request a minimum of 8 people per class. Class cost is $75/person. All products are provided, all you need to bring is an apron and a box or container to carry your baked goods home.
