Thanksgiving Pumpkin Mousse Tart | Vienna Cookie Company

Bursting with flavor, this pumpkin mousse tart is rich, and smooth, and tastes incredible with whipped cream. It is flavored with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. We add heavy cream for a smooth texture and decorate the pie with shortbread cookies and cranberries rolled in sugar glaze.
