A true Austrian classic, this poppy cake is moist, almost juicy, with a slightly stony flavor of the poppy seeds and blended hazelnuts. With no flour and no butter, the cake is very light. We topped it with a marzipan layer and sprinkled colored sugar on top.
The cake comes in 6-inch size.
