Valentine's Linzer Hearts, large

This special Linzer cookies box includes Linzer Heart cookies dunked in chocolate and filled with raspberry jam. The raspberry filled Linzer tarts are heart-shaped or mini Linzer cookies.  Our Linzer cookies include almonds and are spiced with a touch of cinnamon, lemon, and orange zest. One part of the cookie is brushed with jam, while a cut-out cookie is put on top of it. Both cookies are gently sandwiched together and sprinkled lightly with confectioner's sugar or dunked in chocolate.
